    Yes. Unlike electromechanical solutions that require vibration, TanvasTouch uses electroadhesion where an electric field modulates the friction between the fingertip and touch surface. The solid state haptic solution is ideal for automobiles.

  • Where can TanvasTouch surface haptics be applied?

    Textures and haptic effects are felt in localized zones and can be harmonized across size, shape and surface. For example in a display, on door handles, steering wheels and even upholstery.
